AZIO1DO ("the Service") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data, including data obtained through Google APIs.

1. Information We Collect

• Account and organization information: the name, email, company, and employee details you provide when you register and use the Service.
• Content you create: e.g. customers, quotes, documents, and draft ad campaigns.
• Usage records: sign-in, activity, and audit logs, used for security and operating the Service.

2. Google User Data (Ads Delivery Tool)

When you connect your own Google Ads account via Google OAuth in the "Ads Delivery" tool, the Service accesses your Google Ads account within the scope you authorize (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords) in order to:
• show your advertising performance in the Service (cost, clicks, impressions, conversions, etc.);
• help you plan and manage Search campaigns (keywords, ad copy, budgets) based on your actions in the interface.
We use this data only when you explicitly act or approve. Any action that spends budget (launching a campaign, changing a budget) requires your manual confirmation in the Service.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use)

The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy], including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it for any purpose unrelated to the features you request.

4. Data Storage and Security

• Google OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted; we never display them in the interface or share them externally.• Data is transmitted over HTTPS; access is permission-controlled and audit-logged.• We do not sell your personal or account data.

5. Third Parties

The Service's advertising features integrate with Google Ads; the related data processing is also subject to Google's privacy policy.

6. your rights

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time in the "Ads Delivery" tool to revoke the Service's access; you can also remove the authorization on the [Google Account permissions page]. You may also contact us to access or delete your data.
